Pursuant to ARS 38.431.02, notice is hereby given that all public notices this Public Charter School shall be posted within the reception area of the The Leona Group, L.L.C., at 7878 N. 16th Street, Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85020. 

Notice shall include date, time and place of meeting and agenda of the matters to be discussed or decided at the meeting and information on how the public may obtain a copy of such agenda. 

The agenda will be available to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting, except in the case of an actual emergency.
